(Vocus/PRWEB) February 18, 2011

Summer lacrosse camps leader GameBreaker Lacrosse has published their 2011 summer lacrosse camp schedule. Over 5,000 lacrosse players attend these camps annually to get better, make friends, and have fun. Overnight and day lacrosse camps are offered.

The GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps have a unique balance between instruction and scrimmages at their camps, providing campers with the opportunity to learn new skills while also gaining game-time experience. Cornell University Head Coach Jeff Tambroni, the 2009 Field Turf / NCAA Division I Coach of the Year and GameBreaker Director for the Miami Lacrosse Camp, says “summer lacrosse camp provides a great opportunity to improve a player’s individual skills in a learning environment that is both fun and challenging.”

Lacrosse is the fastest growing team sport in the country with over 300,000 youth players and 225,000 high school players, according to US Lacrosse. Many coaches appreciate the role that camp plays in the development of team members. “Teams are developed in the season, while players are developed in the summer,” according to Chris Bulger, the President of GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps. This year, over 100,000 players will attend a summer lacrosse camp for boys or girls.

As the sport of lacrosse has grown, GameBreaker has expanded geographically to accommodate for new players in emerging lacrosse states. “Lacrosse is not longer just an east coast sport,” comments Taylor Nissi, GameBreaker’s Marketing Coordinator. “The national growth of lacrosse has been staggering and we are responding to coaches in these new areas who are in search of the expert coaching that we provide.”

Interested prospective campers can learn more about the GameBreaker Advantage and view the 2011 lacrosse camps schedule at http://www.LaxCamps.com.

adidas Tennis Camps Announces 2011 Summer Camp Schedule Including Five New Locations

Get Better This Summer!

(Vocus/PRWEB) February 25, 2011

One of the summer tennis camps leaders adidas Tennis has published their 2011 summer tennis camp schedule. Over 2,000 tennis players attend these camps annually to get better, make friends, and have fun. Overnight and day tennis camps are offered.

The adidas Tennis Camps have a unique balance between instruction and match/point play at their camps, providing campers with the opportunity to learn new skills while also gaining important match experience. University of Wisconsin Head Men’s Tennis Coach Greg Van Emburgh, former professional tennis player and adidas Tennis Camps Director for the UW Madison tennis camp, says “summer tennis camp provides a great opportunity for each player to improve their individual skills in a learning environment that is both fun and challenging.”

Tennis is considered by many to be the “sport of a lifetime.” We try to give our campers an amazing experience with both learning and fun that makes them want to continue to play the sport for years to come. Many coaches appreciate the role that camp plays in the development of individual junior tennis players. The repetition that each person received while at camp really helps to create the proper habits on the tennis court. As adidas Tennis Camps President Charley Biggs stated, “Our goal is to make sure each camper learns the proper technique for all strokes and leaves camp with a greater confidence in their tennis game.” As the adidas Tennis Camps have grown, we have found it necessary to add more sessions at most of our locations to accommodate our families desire to attend multiple weeks.

Interested prospective campers can learn more about the adidas Tennis Camps and view the 2011 tennis camps schedule at http://www.tenniscamper.com.

The adidas Tennis Camps are a division of eCamps, Inc. eCamps is a nationally recognized provider of summer sports camps. Other camps include the GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps, Revolution Field Hockey Camps, Revolution Softball Camps and International Squash Academy.

Spring Break Costa Rica 2005, New Generation of Spring Breakers Opt for More Exotic Locations

Spring Break Costa Rica 2005, New Generation of Spring Breakers Opt for More Exotic Locations

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) January 20, 2005

Spring Break is a billion dollar industry for resorts, hotels, and bars. Each year Spring Breakers flock in the thousands to sun-kissed beaches in Mexico, the Bahamas and the U.S. This trend has been taking place for over thirty years and it keeps getting bigger and bigger. However today’s students are seeking more exotic locations and are discovering the allure of Costa Rica.

NeedSpringBreak.com’s President Wes Melcher whose company specializes in Spring Break in Costa Rica says “We will sell out every room we have available for 2005.” Need Spring Break.com receives almost 10,000 hits a week leading up to Spring Break in March.

Most College students are seen as Dollar Signs to huge Spring Break companies who tend to over-promise and under-deliver on claims of having the biggest and best Spring Break. The commercial impact of Spring Break is now being felt on beaches around the globe.

Costa Rica who has seen one of the biggest tourism booms in recent years is popular among surfers and students who visit the country for the beautiful beaches, abundant wildlife, picturesque sunrises and laid back atmospheres. Playa Del Jaco is the closest beach to the capital of San Jose where most major air carriers have several daily non stop flights. Jaco is one of the worlds premier surfing destinations with several bars and clubs that beckon to young travelers throughout North America.

Students also visit Costa Rica because of the low cost of transportation food and lodging. For Spring Break, Students often spend less than half of what they would have spent on an identical trip to Cancun. NeedSpringBreak.com’s President Wes Melcher says, “A student can spend 7 nights in Costa Rica all-inclusive with airfare for under $ 800 dollars. That’s like a hundred dollars a day”. Spring Break 2005 is approaching and will be the biggest ever and students don’t have to spend more than ever to travel to an exotic location and have the time of their life. What you choose is up to you.
